"The property itself has good facilities, but the check-in experience was very disappointing. I spent over an hour waiting because none of the phone numbers provided were working, and even Expedia couldn’t reach the host. Communication and guest support definitely need improvement."

"Casa Sofia is exactly as depicted and described. Check-in was easy and the Digital Pass was an exceptional asset. The home is fabulously designed architecturally and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly for our annual vacation. Everyone had their own ensuite bedroom and each room had all the details of luxury. The primary suite views are top tier. The living area was a comfortable gathering place. The kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast and dinners were a breeze. The outdoor electric grill was a plus as well. Speaking of outdoors, the ocean views are absolutely stunning. We caught some beautiful sunsets and quiet sunrises. The infinity pool is beautiful and offered relaxing moments. The outdoor patio offered a great place to just chill and enjoy the vibe. We couldn't ask for a better location, close proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and activities. Property manager Rosalyn checked in to make sure our first night was good, that was appreciated. We definitely will make a return visit to this lovely home. I would highly recommend booking Casa Sofia."

"Grounds are beautiful. “Deluxe” rooms are outdated. Bathrooms system is very poor. Bathrooms plumbing is awful. Toilets Clogging and over flowing . Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. No furniture in the rooms and minimum outside terrace. Restaurant staff works diligently to try to keep up as they are constantly short handed. Bar and restaurant waiting was excessive. This is not a Four Star Facility. Disappointing"

"Although the location is very good, the house was quite dirty when we got there. There were few utensils and no hot water for the kitchen sink. I think it was probably very nice 10 or fifteen years ago but is tired now."

"Casa Bravo was an ideal choice for hosting our children and grandchildren on their first visit to Puerto Rico. The home was spotless, with every room well-maintained and inviting. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and Shacks Beach was just a short walk away, which we loved. While the surf conditions were quite rough during our stay and not suitable for swimming, the overall location was still wonderful.Sarah, the owner, was incredibly responsive from the time we booked through our checkout, making the process seamless. Abraham, the property manager, was also attentive and helpful throughout our stay. If you're planning to explore the west side of the island, Casa Bravo is a fantastic place to stay."
