"Bathroom had lot of rust on door frame. Needs upgrade"

"Please do not travel at night. Big mistake we made! Please use WAZE directions too! Mapquest will not get you there, and trust me when I tell you, you don't want to be in the mountains at night. Once we finally made it to the property, it was BEAUTIFUL! Breathtaking, and I can't wait to go back. The views were EVERYTHING, and the hot tub was a nice touch. We will be returning soon. Thx for the hospitality, Chip!"

"The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again."

"Beautiful property and well maintained. Everything we needed for a 4 day get away. Hot tub on the deck and fireplace were a bonus. We used both. Great hiking, wineries and golf in the area .Ellen was great with keeping in touch."

"We got a room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The air conditioner kept turning off and we woke in the middle of the night extremely stuffy and warm. It was quite challenging to get a temperature that was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed with this hotel."
