Great hotel location, clean and neat hotel overall. The service though needs to have a delicate make over to reach the 5 stars. We were checked in in a wrong room, it took 1 hour for the personnel to deliver tooth brushes at 3 am (all sanitary items apparently are not in the room at the check in ...

everything excellent : cleanliness, amenities of a 4 star hotel , professional staff, accessability ( metro station + bus headed to city centre 2 mins away) , safe area with restaurants and bars . My next time in Baku will be again at Ibis.

Heating system did not work. And the lift did not go till the room and we were not told. So we had to climb stairs everytime. So we checked out early for comfort.
