「Best service and best room ever. Great location also for small shops nearby and the old town」

「Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

「Location is really convenient as it is directly connected to Shenzhen University MTR station Line 13. Once I enter the L46 Lobby, I get impressed by the magnificent city scape. Check-in/out are quite smooth. The room is spacious, nicely designed, and clean. Swimming pool at L48 is quite nice. There are only two lanes; however, only one or two swimmers are there usually.

「The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel.」

「Very nice hotel, I had a great time!」

「Great location near the bay and the malls, and the housekeeping and front desk teams were genuinely warm and helpful. The hotel itself is dated and would benefit from a refresh, and breakfast service was a letdown. No one to clean the buffet area and food replenishment was slow. Good people up front, weak hardware and weak dining service.」
