「Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use. We purchased a cooking pot at the AEON shop at the Wing Bay. The only thing to complain maybe the Japanese style bed mattress (there are two normal beds which are fine). The mattress...

「Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep.」

「Great location, beautiful view, the beds were very comfortable. We loved the bathroom/bathing setup. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the kitchen lacked sufficient equipment for home cooking. Its location is ideal, being a short walk from the train station, the canal, and plenty of shopping options. We loved exploring the alleys of Otaru and having a sanctuary to return home to at night!」
