「Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use. 「This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. 」

「Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep.」
