Loved the location and the huge room with two huge beds (as we are a total of four, 2 adults and 2 kids). Only issue was the missing fridge and iron facility for clothes. Washing machine and dryer was great to use and the nearby metro station and mall were amazing. Breakfast was nice, but more felt a little lack of European options, coffee was great. Would stay there again in a minute. Thanks for the great atmosphere!

We had a great stay except taxi or didi drivers couldn’t find the location and dropped us off at wrong places. That was very frustrating as we don’t speak the same language.

Everything about this hotel was great. The best part was the FREE WASHER AND DRYERS they have for guest. They even supplied soap for the washer. There are on 3 of each but still good. The breakfast was excellent. The reason why it don't give it 5 stars is because there is no A/C, only heat in the rooms. If you need to cool off your room you need to open the window. Will definitely stay here again.

Just had a hiccup at the reception during chek-in since they couldn't find the booking. It took them around 20mins to clear the issue. Rest was great.
