This was the worst hotel experience ever. I arrived at the hotel and the receptionists did not speak any English. She told me through a translator that I am at the wrong hotel. She showed me to a different hotel within the same building. When I arrived there they told me the first place I was at is the right one. When I came back the lady was very angry and ignored me and helped other customers. She told me she cannot find my reservation. I had to wait for an hour before she asked me to pay security deposit of the same amount as the hotel room. When I checked out on the morning she said I should get my security deposit from Hotels.com.
