多年前住過因為經驗不錯才再算這裡。 不過這次有幾點要反饋： 1. 大堂雖有三台升降機，但很多時候要等幾分鐘才可以上下樓 2. 房間裡的保險箱完全鬆脫 3. 電熨斗使用時會漏水 4. 房間隔音不好，能在走廊經過其他房間裏的講話，或者在房內聽到外面的人說話 5. 房間浴室沒有提供棉花棒和梳子 要讚： 1. 房間還算整潔 2. 前台和客房清潔的員工服務非常好 3. 餐廳食物不錯

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Pullman Shanghai Jing An. L’accueil est très chaleureux (merci spécial au voiturier Italien, avec qui nous avons pris plaisir à échanger chaque jour), l’emplacement parfait à proximité immédiate du métro et proche de l’hypercentre. Les chambres sont très agréables et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la salle de sport et la pisicine ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Had a great time at the Shanghai Jingan Pullman. Ryan, who checked us in, was awesome and upgraded us to a full suite with a really lovely bathtub. Watch for the weird steps and changes in elevation (which I think is a china architectural thing overall), though. The light switches were a little confusing as well, but otherwise place was super clean and modern looking. They will give you as much bottled water as you want too, if you ask. We had the do not disturb sign on but asked them to restock some stuff for us while we were gone, and the sweet housekeeping lady tried to speed-run cleaning the whole place while the room was a wreck with our exploded suitcases... Location was great, too, next to Shanghai train station and easy access to subway.

I was back again at this hotel and it's one of my go-tos in Shanghai. The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, rooms are nice, and important for me it's right across the street from Shanghai train station. The metro exit is right next to the hotel making getting around in Shanghai very easy. The one thing I don't care for is the elevator system. For whatever reason it is very slow, so if you are on a high floor sometimes you will need to wait quite a while for an elevator. But this is only a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits.

Very convenient hotel close to Shanghai station

I stay here several times per year. I need a train ride from Shanghai to Huaian and the Pullman hotel is very close to the train station. Rooms are nice, breakfast is nice, and the restaurant has good options for dinner as well if you don't feel like going out. Bathrooms have a great waterfall shower head, one of my favorite things after a 13 hour flight is a good shower. Aside from being close to the train station it's just a good location in general with lots of options to do things. It's my go to when travelling from Seattle to Huaian, and I will be back in the future.

The hotel has a very convenient location—right outside is the high-speed railway station, and it’s also connected to Metro Line 1. It’s close to several famous attractions in Shanghai. The hotel service is excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and the front desk helped send it to me. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai.

Easy to walk to Shanghai station

It is easy to walk to Shanghai station. The room is comfortable.　I didn't have time to go to the fitness gym, but I want to try it next time.

I think it was average. The location is near the Shanghai train station but the traffic is so busy all the time due to the same reason. There are limited choice of things to do or shop nearby. Service is ok, bellboys are there for show and do nothing. Good view from the executive room!

It was very clean and the staff were very professional. Everything was pretty fancy and it was a very upscale experience, yet not that expensive. I really enjoyed my stay. I can’t think of anything I disliked. Some of the staff can’t speak English, but that’s all over Shanghai.
