「We were met on the ferry by chance by the lady that owned the house that we were staying in, she led us directly to the property and showed us round the house. The house was exactly as described, clean, tidy and very well equipped. The lady's husband worked on the ferry and on one occasion he phoned his wife and asked her to make sure we were going to arrive on time. The whole experience was perfect.」

「Withi-Gill was a beautiful cottage in a remarkable landscape -- views of Hoy and Graemsay were beautiful (when the weather cooperated, which was most days), and with a short walk, views of much of the western part of Mainland Orkney, including Stromness.
