“Alice's Wonderland was exactly what our family was looking for during our Holidays in Dubai. It has ample space for multiple families to stay, the house has great internet, and the grounds with the pool and playground were simply wonderful for the children to entertain themselves (ages 7, 5, 2). The Property manager (Rukmal) is fantastic, very responsive, and was able to help us with anything that we needed from baby sitters to quick fix repairs on anything in the house. “We arrived around 8:30PM and got inside from Garage door. At 11PM someone showed up without any previous introduction to collect deposit. Although he was very nice and polite, we were shaken a bit. the security is a big issue as it is very inconsistent and sometimes our guest waited 30 minutes before they could get in. you have to provide a copy of passport for yourself and all your guests even the locals who are visiting you. some cars could get in without any stop and some went through a lot……

The villa was very clean, I had a small issue with the A/C but when I contacted them , they send the maintenance in less than 30 min., they solced my problem I would like to thank Ms. Lana in the receprion, she helped me alot , she is very kind and polite , She was sincere in her work and responds quickly to the phone and serves us with happiness and……
