“Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here! ”

“Very nice neat clean rooms. The check-in was very smooth. The animation team was very active and had amazing shows everyday. The food had amazing variety and good quality. All restaurants were open everyday to everyone. There were snacks available all day and beverages were good and well made. The staff was very hospitable. The property is very well located close to farsha cafe, old market and submarine water safari. The slides and wave pools were the highlight for the kids.Only issue was that……

“Kom ned på natten og fikk tildelt et særdeles nedslitt hotellrom som var møkkete. De fikset dette dagen etterpå med å flytte meg til et annet rom. Men føler med den som evt fikk dette rommet etter meg. Ellers var servicen bra, drinkene sterke og maten helt ok. Man får hva man betaler for. ”

“ I have stayed at your hotel 3 times in the past 12 months and i enjoyed it very much. Service, staff, cleanliness etc very good and the front desk do their best to accomodate your room requests and all staff are friendly and nice. I do have 2 issues however. They have their own in house Taxi service which is fair enough but 3 times as expensive but they do not give guests the choice to call for their own taxi from outside or even be dropped back to the front of hotel if you do use a licensed……

“The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. It does feel like the furnishings are getting a bit tired and could use a refresh. We’re usually not fans of buffet’s but we’re impressed with this one as the variety was good and the food was quite hot. Plus, there was……

“최악 체크인시간은 30분이지났으나 반응이 없어 다시 리셉션에 얘기한뒤에나 이루어졌고 룸서비스는 3번 이용 햄버가하나오는데 1시간30분은걸렸고 한번은 까먹고 안가져오는대다가 테라스문은 열리지도않아서 사람을 두번이나 불러야 했다”

“struttura moderna e molto accogliente. il personale molto gentile, i camerieri educati e molto disponibili. il cibo era molto buono, con vasta scelta di carne e pesce. il cenone della vigilia di natale è stato molto elaborato e con vasta scelta di tutto. siamo state molto soddisfatte della scelta del resort anche per la disponibilità di navetta per le varie spiaggia quindi una iniziativa per visitare le spiagge più belle del paese”
