"It has a weird foyer that feels shady. The room was survivable and the front there were MANY black shavings on between the sheet layers which the AI (google lens) said were from bugs and possibly bed bugs, there were hairs a 1/4 inch and less, and ‘crumbs’ /black and brown droppings behind the toilet seat at and between the himges. There were other indications of uncleanliness and poor housekeeping. They offered me another room which I accepted. In the morning I discovered someone’s clothes hanging in the closet! Clearly the housekeeping staff isn’t doing their job. I am never staying there again and am no longer confident in the level of hotel this brand entails "

"I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!"

"This cabin was the nicest one we have seen in the area and we have been visiting for 16 years. We brought our furbabies and it was so much fun. The cabin had special dog blankets and they felt right at home in a dog friendly cabin and enjoyed the trails and woods around the property. The view is amazing and there are so many little details in the cabin that you don’t want to leave. So clean, quiet and cute, will definitely return. "

"The room was really clean. The remote and TV system sucks. It’s ridiculously hard and the remotes are awful. There was no freezer in the fridge, but the people out the front desk were nice enough to keep my ice packs cold in their freezer. Unfortunately my smoke free room was not smoke-free and when I got home all of my clothes smelled like smoke. But they were nice enough to let me change rooms."
