It's an older hotel but they do a nice job of keeping it clean. It has a bit of a smell in our room and breakfast was not that good but it was cheap and clean.

The bathroom still had hair on the sink from previous guest. Beds are not comfortable. Some sort of alarm went off throughout the hotel at 630 AM. Was unable to fall back asleep after. If you need a cheap, safe spot to lay your head for a night its ok. The breakfast has multiple selections and the lady working was nice.

The room was clean except for the rug, very spotted. Staff very friendly, price was right. Only there for 1 night. Beds were comfortable, a little bit too high for shorter people. Negatives - no 'do not disturb' placard for door, no plastic glasses for bathroom, only coffee cups, no information papers for area restaurants, television, etc. Not everyone has a cell phone to look things up.

Our stay was fine. Walls were a little thin we could hear people talking in the next room at 3am. I would stay again. Staff was wonderful breakfast was good. I felt safe.

The room was clean, but could have used some updating in the bathroom. The molding on the floor around the tub was cracked, the toilet needed to be cleaned (it looked like the room had not been used for awhile) , the sink was missing a plug and the toilet was difficult to flush. Our stay was only overnight so these were just minor inconveniences. The hotel was quiet as it seemed to be very full due to an event next door. If in Shawano. again, I would not hesitate to stay here. The breakfast was also adequate with waffles, eggs, sausages patties, english muffins,etc.

checkin was awesome person at desk was very helpful The room was on the 1st floor, not far away. It was clean although I noticed a musty smell. Bed was comfortable although when you moved on it, it made a strange tin-like noise. EXTREMELY noisy while trying to sleep, people talkin very loud- we could hear chatter most all night long. Someone had their TV on all night long also. Just very hard to sleep because of all the noise. Breakfast was just OK Pepole working at breakfast bar was very friendly and kept it clean and filled
