The front desk staff was warm and welcoming (even called up to the room shortly after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed), the building was immaculate, and my room was really lovely. I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I’m in beautiful Russells Point again, I will look forward to staying here!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Glacier Hill. We booked last minute so that we could be with family in Botkins for Christmas. The cabin/tiny house was perfect for me, my husband, and our two dogs. We appreciated Michele’s quick response back to us with the details of our stay. She was very helpful with any questions we had and she made sure that our stay was very enjoyable. "

"The room was in great shape and clean. I appreciated the rug/mat just inside the door to catch debris off my shoes and dogs feet. I had a refrigerator and microwave, but they dont offer a coffee pot. I booked a walk in shower room, mainly on accident, but it was nicely tiled with a new shower head that worked great. I stayed in 4 Motel 6's in my 7 day trip and this was the best one by far. Front desk Gentleman was funny and courteous. Even saved me from leaving my phone behind. "
