There were some flies as some other reviews mentioned, but not many. The couch upstairs had an odor and should probably be replaced. But the property was clean and the cabin was quirky and cute.”

“We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Even though our schedule changed at the last minute, Debbie was accommodating and personally helped us get situated. Her home was welcoming, clean, organized, and safe. After a particularly long day, we returned home to find an enormous plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table with a personal note from Debbie. Are you kidding me? How sweet was that? If you choose to stay on the eastern side of Glacier, we highly recommend……

“Linda and her husband were great hosts and the house couldn’t have been better for our trip to Glacier National Park. Just a 20-30 drive to East side entrances. The house looked just liked it was photographed. Plenty of kitchen supplies for evening dinner cooking. We appreciated the bear spray available for use (luckily went unused) and the hospitality of the hosts. Added bonus with the house was the frequent visits of their feline friend, who was sweet as can be, anytime we were outside……

“This place was the perfect hikers cabin. Great location close to both St. Mary's and Many Glacier entrances to the park which have the best hikes....just make sure you have your daily car permit reserved in advance. The cabin was wonderfully cozy to return to after a full day of hiking. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with lots of extra thoughtful items (like spices and butter should you forget to bring). Hope to be back again!”

Beautiful views and extraordinary sunsets, private, lovely neighbors, comfortable beds, great kitchen and living space, WIFi and tv reliable, very clean, excellent communication with host, Kristin. “Dont let the building fool you! The owners of Oyo have done a fabulous job of renovating a budget hotel to provide clean and up to date rooms. I LOVE that the rooms have laminate floor, not carpet; clean bedspreads, bathroom, everything just great. Building itself very quiet, though noises from highway and trains might bother some. Highly recommend as a stopover hotel. Very impressed.”

“Check in was quick and easy however, we only stayed one night due to the hot tub not working and not wanting to hang around a hotel with nothing to do. Check out we were ignored and the woman wasn’t very friendly. ”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the age of the hotel it is well kept. Elevator and doors work well. The pool is being renovated. The drawback is not good dining options; the town is small.”
