“The problem is that there is no local help with this property. The apartment is managed by a company in Atlanta. I couldn’t find the key nor figure out how to lock the apartment, and getting help was cumbersome calling the management company in Atlanta, then awaiying a conversation with the on-call person. Then waiting for the Atlanta manager to phone someone in Ames.The building is full of students and reasonably quiet.The washing machine was missing a foot and thus juggled it’s way out of……
