“We had a wonderful five-night stay this August. The house was lovely and clean. The kitchen had what we needed (e.g. appliances, pots, cutting boards, containers for leftovers). The game room was great--we did not use it as much as I thought we might but that was because the weather was so good we spent most of our time at the lake!If you are thinking of staying here, a few things it is useful to know:1. The lake is very clear. The DNR website I found listed it as somewhat clear, but it was……

“Grandpa and granddaughter loved their fishing adventures. Didn’t catch anything big but just enjoyed it. Kitchen was well supplied with most everything one could want. Only hiccup was finding which light switch turned on which light. Clothes dryer had just died so had to explore other methods to dry clothes needed. Neighborhood was so calm and peaceful. Enjoyed reading by the lake and having our meals outside on the patio. ”

“Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Super cute, clean and we appreciated the A/C. We loved the location of this cabin to the Spooner rodeo activities. The screened in porch was fabulous!!”

“Very well kept, very clean, well furnished, very good communication with Andy. Enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment. Good fishing from the pier. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards.The cabin was very nice, and relaxing. Nice fire pit area, gas grill, nice kitchen.Kids really enjoyed the lower living area, gave the adults and children their “own area”. Lower 3 season porch area nice access to lake and keeping water/fishing supplies.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here……

“Perfect lodge for our family reunion celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. It had everything we were wanting; perfect weather, seclusion, great fishing, swimming, loons, and no bugs. We enjoyed a beautiful full moon rising over the lake to top it off.”
