“Surf Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one might need and was well designed. The cottage was very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The outdoor courtyard area to sit in was an added bonus. Great position with shops, pubs, eateries and the sea front right on the doorstep. I would love to return for another stay. Thanks too for the Welcome Gift goodies, Richard and Fran.”

“The property was clean, and tidy on arrival, there was a lack of storage space for food, there wasn’t a microwave available, there was alot of wobbly bits, loose taps etc. the property itself was very clinical, for us the dining area was almost unusable due to the roof over the area being glass, and suffering from a greenhouse effect, there is also a shortage of curtains/ blinds. Location is ok and just a few minutes walk to the seafront, in a nice area”

“Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player). Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking. Sam was an attentive host, checking in on our arrival to make sure we……
