Had a great stay overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, cozy, and provided a very comfortable night’s rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, though the dining area can get quite busy during peak morning hours. Would gladly stay here again!

We like the breakfast very much

We stayed in Mikasa Ryokan for two nights. Two weeks before we came, we received an email from the management board and had a full description of this hotel. This is a hotel located at the hill top which is difficult to reach by foot. However, shuttle bus is available. Staff are friendly and always ready to serve. They are always courteous and helpful. We had our meals in a private room and the service and food was excellent. I am happy to recommend this hotel to all who would like to visit Nara.
