「The parking is fine. There is no staff on site. The air conditioning worked great. I do have to say, though, there is a smell something like “mothballs?” that followed me home in my clothes. Overall, it was fine. I would stay there again. 」

「Overall, and especially for the town, this is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly, attentive to requests and restocking amenities, etc. The hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. I love the high ceilings, fans and overhead lights in rooms, and style. Some of the improvements may have been done improperly (i.e. a handrail fell out of the wall when used and was only attached in sheetrock with a screw) but nothing that effected us greatly. I did miss the more modern amenities...

「The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, but the room was not great. It had a very musty smell, stains on the carpet, dusty lamps and clock and there was quite a bit of dust and debris behind the night stand. The smoke detector was also missing and the wires were hanging out. Breakfast was very average and I had to find napkins for us.」

「The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.」

「Great room. Spotless and clean. Across the street from the next day nenue so got there early Beautiful town of Cuero!」

「The breakfast had terrible coffee, the light was out in our bathroom over the mirror, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty too. The beds are clean and sleep fine.」

「I asked for a room and they gave me whatever they wanted and no option of refund. It’s like they are poor and they really need the money. 」

「We booked 5 rooms. 4 of us had significant issues with the condition of our rooms. The staff was incredibly kind. But the hotel is in need of new housekeeping personnel. And the housekeeper shouldn’t show up to the rooms with her dog, who walked straight into the room. 」

「Room was ok for 1 night. The property needs a lot of cleaning and updating . Bathroom had no shelf for storing your clothes during a shower and no room to place a makeup bag let alone any bathroom supplies . Don’t be fooled like I was just because it’s an IHG property 」

「Nice clean room. Great price. Only two dinky pillows for the king size bed. Could use more. Don't be stingy, LOL Also, could not adjust the shower head and it was like I was being pressure washed, ouch! Soaked the bathroom with water including my clean underpants.」
