“We were a Red Hat Ladies group of 5 women of a “certain age” who came to Schulenberg to see the Painted Churches. The house was the perfect place for us to stay since it is located just a short distance from the Chamber of Commerce where the tour started! Also, the house is located right across from the police department:). All five of us enjoyed the “Victorian” decor and home. It is beautifully decorated but thoughtfully done with plenty of seating and places to set luggage. Lighting is……

“Totally outfitted rental - everything one would need was provided. Clean and comfortable linens. Nice touches like good coffee and welcome water bottles. Central location easy drive to fun spots like Spoetzl brewery in Shiner and Moravia Store near Hallettsville.”

“Tammy was so kind, and easy to communicate with. Her home is charming, incredibly clean and tastefully updated. All the details have been thought of. I appreciated the air filters in several rooms as I have allergies. Again, it was all so clean and feels very recently renovated! Loved having a drink on the front porch and all the natural light inside. The claw foot tub was wonderful, and I loved the record player. I felt safe staying there by myself, and the automatic gate was nice to park in.……
