“We loved this place. Plenty of room for the whole family and close to the attractions that we wanted to visit. Great privacy. We felt like we were in the country. Thot tub and pool were a big plus and the owner was easy to get a hold of and responsive to our needs. Thanks. We’ll stay here again when we’re in St. Louis.”

“The house was huge and had all kinds of games and areas to hangout. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. There was lots of food and drink that we were free to have some of, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of land to explore with maps provided, and ample firewood already split. The record amount of rainfall caused a leak in one room and the AC wasn't working when we arrived, but Jason fixed the issues quickly. Overall it was an awesome place for a guy's trip.”

“The Girard house is a beautiful home decorated with nostalgia from the Route 66 days. Quiet peaceful setting. The home had everything we needed except a washer/dryer. The ice cream shop just a couple blocks away offered 50 amazing flavors of ice cream!! We highly recommend this house for anyone traveling through the area!”

“We had guests visiting from Michigan and used The Seedling property as our base of operations. We explored Edwardsville and the surrounding area, much of which was walkable. We loved our time at this property! It was very cute and had plenty of space for two couples and one child.”

“Ultra clean, very cutely decorated, and furnished with waters, clean utensils, wonderful beds, and a comfy living room arrangement. We were in town for Mother's Day and we were the envy of the family in this home! It was a lot of fun, normally a place to stay out of town is kind of a wash, you always compromise on something, but not here! If you're staying in Litchfield for whatever reason, give this house a look! Especially for the Picker's Market, every second Sunday, it's right up the road!……

“We had 4 generations of our family here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for interacting. Loved the big dining room table with seating for 8 (more when you add the available chairs throughout the house)!! Cooking equipment we felt was somewhat limited: One 6-7 qt. slow cooker, 2-slice toaster, and outdoor charcoal grill and basic pots and pans. (Did not find a lid cover for the largest skillet we used.) Dinnerware with service for 12 and the abundance of drinking glasses was great!! The steep……

“Could not have been more pleased. Quality home, spacious, easy access, and walking to down town area. Owner accommodated our request to come a little early to decorate for a birthday. Great to gather around the big dining table and the outside patio. Not a complaint but it would be great to have a couple extra fold up chairs for outside. That is a lovely area as well. Everyone raved about their bed - comfort. We loved the Nespresso coffee too. And maybe there was a coffee pot but we didn’t see……
