“It is an older property in a suburban street, so different to where we would normally stay. It was however comfortable, functional, quiet, and in walking distance to a supermarket. Most places within Bunbury were within a 10 minute drive. Well suited to small families with extra space / separate bedrooms, and easy to prepare your own meals. ”

“Came down from Broome so our youngest could participate in the WA Country Championships. Sky Blue Retreat was a great place to stay, close to shops, the sports grounds and all the attractions that Bunbury has to offer. Place was clean and comfy with all that we required. The down south team were responsive to our requests and made it real easy for us to extend our stay.”

“This was a lovely break away from our routine, the wood fire and ocean views made the house a perfect escape. Lovely linen, super clean house and a great space to wind down. Can’t wait to return!! Many thanks.”

“We are a group of 10 ladies 60plus. Great venue. Stairs abit of a challenge but otherwise fantastic place.”

“Everything was perfect for our stay, from the wealth of information we had from the hosts (whose responses were super quick and friendly), to the allowance for early check in and late check out, the welcome hamper and the property itself. It was the perfect mix of the charm of the old mixed with modernisation of the new. It was well fitted out, like a home away from home. We went for nice walks along the beach and beautiful swampland nearby. Would highly recommend.”

“Dirty inside and out. Locked windows without keys so no ventilation to bedrooms. Dead house plants. Damaged vinyl floor a trip hazard. Broken screen doors. Fat dripping out of range hood onto cooktop. Rat poo on the Barbie. No reply to phone calls or emails. ”

“Great place to stay. Close to everything ”

“Tidy and clean place tucked in off ocean drive, great location. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working downstairs (we were notified of this on the day of arrival) and this would not have been an issue (lovely ocean breeze) if we could get all the windows open... which we could not ( some just not all). Other than that. Cute court yard. parking for 3 cars if you need. Worth a stay!”
