Bedroom two is located downstairs and provides a double and single bed and access to the external courtyard. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and consists of a walk in shower, toilet and vanity, the second bathroom is located downstairs and also houses the top the loader washing machine, dryer is found in the garage. (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
