"The shower was mouldy We couldn't take a bath as this was badly maintained and plastic looked to be peeling off. Not safe for children as the patio door opened to the outside which was 15 floors high! Only highlight was the breakfast."

"The staff was amazing although I would note breakfast selections were limited more carbs than I particularly would like as a visiting guest otherwise the rooms were amazing and well kept"

"Beautiful hotel. The lobby was lovely and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast was great w/ live piano music playing in the background. Rooms were very nice, clean and fitted with all needs. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"The room was old, small patio sliding door did not lock and felt unsafe. The bedding was yellow, beds and pillows hard. Attempted to get early check in but was not allowed because there was no room available although I saw many people/ families check out while waiting in the lounge. Receptionist did not attempt to help. Originally booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1st. Do not recommend"

"Room was confortable, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom somewhat outdated but funcional with an excelent shower! Gym center very nice. Breakfast was nice. Personnel fantastic! Congrats to the staff"

"It’s an average hotel. The TV was really small and the room basic. Would recommend for just one person and a few nights, no more. "

"Property was under construction, around the room, dusty floors, bed bugs, dark rooms with no AC… manager offered a full refund if I was able to leave the room property before noon. Check out was confirmed but have not received a refund "
