「The Host was excellent. Communications were outstanding! The property is very cozy, clean, and close to my favorite street, Youree Drive, without being directly on the street. Loved the BED!!! This was like an Efficiency Apartment. Peaceful. It is not in the main house, located behind the main house. I wished I could have gotten in the POOL!!! Not a polar bear. Spacious in the common area. 「Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing.」

「I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. 「This house was the perfect place for family to stay for a trip to Shreveport. Everything was new and clean! 」

「I rented out the house for the Thanksgiving holiday, it was enough room for me and my family. The host of the home was very welcoming and even checked in daily to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything during our stay. The best of the house for me was the fire pit in the backyard. It is great for just sitting out and bonding with family. Overall this was a very nice house, pictures doesn't do it any justice. Also the home is located in a nice neighborhood as well.」
