"The best place for travelers to stay in who needs to catch up a vert early flight or the arrival of midnight which used for both was fantastic. Directly connected to airport lobby walking by less ten minutes then you may fly or sleep. The location is unbeatable than other airport hotels around and rooms were good and breakfast with many selections. The reception desk staff worked very efficiently and friendly too without any delay. Will stay again whenever is in need."

"飯店房間不大、乾淨程度一般。 服務人員友善，樂於提供協助。 飯店看似鄰近地鐵站，但實際走路要到需花點時間繞道前往；但飯店提供至地鐵葵芳站（新時代廣場）的接駁車，若時間能夠配合上，至地鐵站仍算方便。 周邊多為工業區、商店不多（隔壁有間小小的便利商；大廳亦設有販賣機，但選項不多），但步行一小段距離可選擇的餐廳不算少，也有鄰近社區的公園可供幼童遊戲。"

"i would like to use the self-washing facilities, when i get there they have to purchase token but there is no instruction about where to buy. So i called the front desk with plenty attempt but no one pick up. So i have no choice but go down to the front desk, and three staff were sitting there eating and chatting with each other...."
