「Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Cannot say the same about the owners, which apparently don’t pay the former good enough salaries for their superb work, leading them to ask for additional guest disbursements upon checkout. One would think that paying such prices plus the restaurant plus the tips, everyone would be adequately compensated. Apparently this is not the case in this high-end establishment.」

「From the cinematographic views to the high standards of personnel working: you will feel like in paradise. Sombra has changed the level of our vacations, and we now look for “Sombra-alike” places everywhere we go. 24h pools, wet bar, restaurant (the breakfast is amazing cook-to-order and self service!). Your only regret will be not to stay longer. Prepare to change your vacation level forever. 」
