“The hotel looks very shabby from the outside. Initially very difficult to check in as none of the staff speak any English at all. I was with someone who could speak a little Chinese, but it was still not easy to make ourselves understood. It is therefore also impossible to order breakfast or to get assistance with tours/tickets as stated in the hotel information. The rooms are certainly not sound proof as stated, and can be booked very cheaply on an hourly rate, so it was sometimes very noisy……

“WARNING: The English name of the hotel is NOT anywhere on the building. And it's English name did not translate easily to Chinese. The address is not on the building either. Our taxi drove for over an hour in heavy, one-way traffic to find this hotel. We only found it because I had (inadvertently) saved a picture of it on my cell phone. Even then we had to walk about 70 meters with all our luggage to the hotel. No one spoke English at the registration desk. Also, they required an……

“First of all, none of the staff can speak English. Only the manager could speak a little bit of English. The ad says that there is shuttle from the hotel to the airport but not true. The room is very dark and not well -maintained. Please stay away from this hotel if you cant speak Chinese”
