The room was clean. The customer service was excellent. I witnessed the staff give two men a ride to where they needed to go because Lyft was going to charge to much. The house is in a great area. It was just a few minutes from U of I and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We visited in Nov so we did not use the pool, but the firepit was exactly what we wanted.
