If you enjoy the owners kids running around screaming, paying extra for AC And it not working, owners turning the breaker off while your in the room. I was suppose to be booked here for 7 nights. Ended up going down the road to a different hotel After a couple days. Would not recommend this place.

Noget helt andet end lovet.

Vi bookede et værelse med minibar, daglig rengøring, gratis vand på flaske og badekar. Der var på værelset et køleskab, som ikke virkede, hvilket de lovede hver dag at fikse. Der var intet minibar, i køleskabet fandt vi en åbnet 1,5L vandflaske! Til trods for vi bad om rengøring skete det ikke, vi havde fire overnatninger og toiletpapirsspanden var ret fyldt! Der var badekar på toilettet, det var utæt og der kom kun koldt vand. Pool og bar (måske det du kaldt en restaurant) var ulækkert og utiltalende, så vi benyttede det ikke. Alt i alt rigtig dårlig oplevelse, selvom placeringen var supergod.

This was a fine motel. The pool area was clean and the room was pretty clean and there was hot water. The neighborhood had good restaurants and it was tucked away in a quiet side street.

Super bad!

They made me wait for two hours after check in time and then told me my prepaid rom was given too somone ells. The staff was super rude and did not give me my money back. Stay away!

Ganz ganz schlecht

Wo soll man anfangen? Schlecht! 80 % der angegebenen Einrichtung fehlen. Der Kühlschrank, der angeblich vorhanden sein soll, wurde nach vielen Versprechen (täglich) erst nach 3 Tagen Diskussionen bereitgestellt. Roomservice nicht existent. Das Bad sah aus, als sei es sehr sehr lange nicht gereinigt worden. Am 2. Tag wurde uns gesagt, dass wir vorzeitig (13.04. statt 18.04.) auschecken müssen, weil angeblich über das buddhistische Neujahrsfest geschlossen werde. Beim checkout schließlich sagte man uns, dass man nur über die Feiertage Geld machen könne. Rausschmiss, weil wir wohl über hotels.com zu wenig bezahlt haben. Wir haben uns in einer Unterkunft noch nie so unwohl gefühlt! Ganz mies!

Dorm nightmare.

I booked a dorm as that was all that was available, but after 1 night it was obvious= I don't do dorm= 12 beds and only one shower and one toilet, after 2 nights I checked out to another place up the road, great= Oasis Siem Reap. Bar, food, pool, German service so very good. It's not the fault of Pension Lodge, I just don't do dorm, I am too old and too OCD to have backpackers clothes and gear all round my bed.

Fitting backpackers stay

Friendly staff, good room size. Very warm in upstairs rooms but fan is ok. Hostel can be hard to find as it doesn't show up on the map properly and tuk tuk drivers and tours may find difficult to find. Short walk to pub street. Lots of advice and help to sort out sight seeing.
