The room was centrally located near Plaza Campio and clean and comfortable. The only issue was carrying my 50lb suitcase up multiple flights of stairs to the top level. The host at the front desk was kind enough to help me bring down my luggage when I checked out.

This is a great place! I had to book last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean and spacious room, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator (I don’t think all rooms have the same features, so check). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower. Location is minutes from the main square, but it was very quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Great location for an affordable price in central Siena. Be advised that it is on the top floor of a walk-up, no elevator.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel works for a decent place to sleep for a night or two. The location is fantastic! The negative aspects were the hard bed that I had, but the other beds seemed ok. And that there was extremely loud singing all night long until 4:30 am from a local bar and it was impossible to sleep. Although it’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s the location since its city center. So, if noise doesn’t bother you then it’s a good hotel for a night or two in Siena.
