Elegant apartment of 40 square meters. fresh and youthful touch place in one of the most characteristic streets in the historic center of Siena, a short walk from Piazza del Campo and the main monuments of the city.

The main door of an historic building is accessed by climbing a few steps, on the floor. The apartment, beautifully renovated with excellent finishes, is on one level.

You will be welcomed in a lovely setting, attention to detail, to enjoy the relaxing holiday.
The interior has maintained the originality and beauty of the typical Tuscan ceilings with exposed beams and rafters, which have been painted white to give brightness to the spaces that blend harmoniously creating a welcoming, young and contemporary space equipped with every comfort
It consists of a pleasant living area with a modern, functional and fully equipped kitchenette, plus a comfortable sofa bed; the bedroom is equipped with a comfortable "memory" mattress and design furniture; a large and organized wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.

the perfect apartment and host

The host Nicolettsa, a charming English speaking lady, was most accommodating on our early arrival before the check in time of 3.0 PM and made herself available at 1.30 which was most helpful. The location , 10 minutes walk from the central Piazza, the Campo is perfect, with a lovely Conad supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is spacious with a lovely bedroom with a super bed. The spacious living area is equipped with beautiful new kitchen fittings and units. There is even a dressing room next to the shower room with ample shelf space for clothes and luggage. Nicoletta is a lovely helpful host giving assistance with contacting taxis and advice of all kinds, creating the possibility of a perfect week in Siena. Thank you Nicoletta.

Excellent hostess and location! Needs a little more …

Nicolleta is delightful and accommodating. Location is off main streets and close to everything. Bed is more than comfortable and windows let in outside air. It is not 2 bedrooms as listed. One bedroom with a pull out couch/bed in the kitchen! And my favorite thing was missing - no coffee pot as listed. There was a milk frother that almost made up for the missing pot but the sparsely equipped kitchen only had a stove top espresso maker that made espresso for one.

Great location

Modest and very clean flat. Nice neighborhood. Close to excellent restaurants, and the main square, Piazza del Campo. There is no AC, but there is no need. It stays very cool at night. Nicoletta always responded to my messages quickly and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location close to city centre.

The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the king size bed. The apartment was modest and met our needs. As other renters mentioned street noise was very evident but we used earplugs at night. We loved the access to restaurants, shopping, museums and all aspects of Siena that make it so special. The apartment is in need of some repairs in the shower and a robust cleaning throughout. The kitchen lacked toaster, microwave and serving bowls. Overall the apartment met our needs. The host responded in a timely manner when we reached out a couple of times.

Nice, Clean Modern Apartment

Nice, clean modern apartment within easy walking distance of Il Campo and a nearby supermarket. There is a bit of street noise and a neighbor’s dog who enjoys barking. It's pretty quiet by bedtime, though. Cab ride from the train station was about €12. Nicoletta met me at the apartment to acquaint me with the place. Would happily stay there again.

Great place! Nicoletti was awesome from start to finish. We loved being in such a cool, restored historic building. Couple blocks from Campo Piazza. Market around the corner. An entrance into the city also very close which worked out for us as we had a car and parking was not an issue or faraway. The bed, seriously was great! I need a firm mattress and this one was perfect. I’d highly recommend this apartment.

Our host was fantastic. Such a quaint city. We were there for a local parade to celebrate a saint. The accommodations worked out very well for the 3 adults and service dog we had staying. We had a short taxi in to the train stations and we walked around the city a lot. Very clean and comfortable. Good old city center location walking distance to groceries and great food.

Nicoletta was the perfect host. She met us at the apartment at the appointed time and gave us a thorough overview of everything we needed to know. The apartment was exactly as presented in VRBO/HomeAway. It was also in a great location and convenient to everything. Be aware there is traffic and pedestrian noise, especially on the weekends.

The stay in Siena was wonderful. The apartment was in a great location offering the convenience of restaurants, supermarket and gelateria, as well as the historic sights to visits. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us and had everthing we needed, including good internet access. Nicolleta met us at the apartment both on arrival and departure which was perfect. Nicoletta was so helpful and booked a table for us on our first night at a lovely restaurant as we arrived in Siena early evening and did not want to spend time searching for somewhere to eat. This provided a great start to our visit. Siena is a fascinating place to visit, it was charming and relaxing. April was a great time to visit, good weather and few crowds or queues.

This place is awesome. Nicoletta was very communicative from a few days before we arrived to make sure everything ran smoothly. Once we showed up she was as sweet as could be and the check in was effortless. Location is amazing just a few short minutes the Il Campo and there is a great cafe and grocery store just a block away.
