"I love this hotel and the options of the restaurants for the all-inclusive is amazing. The food is very good. I love the room that I have which was to queen beds with partial Ocean View with a tub in the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is being charged for all inclusive for my 6-year-old grandson. Most hotels in the states will not charge you for a 6-year-old and that would be my only complaint and suggestion that the hotel change the policy."

"We just got back from this beautiful resort and I give it a 10/10! Amazing staff and some of the warmest and sweetest people I have ever met! Fell in love with Irma at the Buffett! She is just absolutely the best! Entertainment staff is so great with the family and so very interactive! The food was really good cannot really complain…literally there is a little bit of everything! The grounds of the hotel is breathtaking…I just couldn’t get enough! Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel! Rooms were a little bit dated but really don’t care! I didn’t come to spend my time in the room!!! The bed is very comfortable and best pillows! Thank you Riu for yet another amazing trip filled with memories!! Also if you’re trying to do some excursions definitely go talk to Martin Arnold who is associated with Grey Line! He helped us with 3 days of very fun and exciting excursions!! We will definitely be back!"

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"We travel to Cabo all the time, and normally stay at the Marquis. Last time we were at the Marquis, we met a couple that told us to try Secrets. Honestly we love both resorts, Secrets has a swim up bar which is huge. The food was good at both places. I did have one incident here, where our table reservations had been given away, and I’m typically not a Karen about these things, but after a day of drinking I let them know my displeasure. The next day I was approached by multiple people throughout the day(I was over it at that point), but they wouldn’t let me, they went out of their way to make it up, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this resort."

Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Overall had a great experience here. Rooms are very clean, friendly staff. They also have two adjacent hotels from the same franchise that you can access which I found pretty cool (they are next to each other, you can freely walk between them). The only downside was extremely slow room service, it would take over an hour to deliver premade meals or two days to get a battery for the safe (and yes, you do need to call to remind them). All in all I would recommend, and given a chance, would visit again."
