Crescent Arms: 701N

The property was wonderful. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, walking distance to bars and restaurants and amazing views of the sunset. The apartment itself is a great size. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated but it was very clean. The balcony is glassed in, so you don't get to enjoy any sea breezes, but a minor point. Overall an excellent apartment.

The buildings common areas are really starting to deteriorate. Also, the elevator was out of service twice and it made it very difficult being on the 7th road.
