Great location on Siesta Key

Property is in a great location! A very easy walk to the beach and easy walk to the village shops and restaurants. Great communication with property manager! Would definitely come back!

Great for the price and location

Great location and price. Could practically see the house from the beach. A lot less people at this location on the beach since it wasnt close to the puclic parking area. The rental was simplictic inside, but had everything you could need given you will probably spend most your time venturing the area. The extra ammentities like beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, ect were a huge plus!

Beautiful property - does not disappoint

This is our second time here and Dan's team is fantastic at keeping the entire property up to snuff. Great location and just about .5 mile to village where there are more than enough bars and restaurants. Easy uber ride to St. Armand's or even to Lecom Park.

Long weekend

The rental is very nicely decorated. It was very clean and the property has everything you could want for your walk to the beach. Very short walk. Chairs, wagons to cart everything there, paddle boards and kayaks. The downtown area with shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops and a small grocery store are all within walking distance (.5 miles). It was a great long weekend. I definitely would recommend it.

Quick Florida trip

We had a great stay! Condo was clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, etc. To take with us to the beach!

Location Location Location

First time to Siesta Key and it didn't disappoint. Walking distance to Village or trolley stop. Beach access was so close and no public parking nearby so not crowded at all. Rental had everything we needed. All the necessities for the beach and more. Bikes came in handy too 😉. Unit was clean, secure and well stocked.

Great spot at Siesta Key Beach

Apartment was clean, close to the beach, had all the beach equipment we needed, close to restaurants, and had its own parking. Check in was easy. Dan was great throughout. When we come back to Siesta Key Beach, this is where we're staying!

Clean and great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach access was right outside the building and Siesta Village was a very short walk. A shuttle service called the “frog hop” offers a ride for tips, if you don’t want to walk a few blocks after eating dinner. We had everything we needed here and would choose this location again if we return to Siesta Key.

Unit is updated and modern, like new. Awesome location with the beach right across the road and Siesta Village an easy stroll away. There are bikes to use as well as kayaks and paddleboards. Everything you could need and want for a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Siesta Location

Everything was great and would gladly stay again. The cleanliness was very good with one exception. The floor could use a mop! The beach access is great and the trolly stops right in front of the place.

Perfect Getaway

This is a perfect spot for a cute romantic getaway. Dan was super nice with all details from check in to check out. Everything is super close, super clean apartment, comfy bed but only issue was you could hear everything from hallway and stairs. I would definitely come back with my family and would rent out entire place.

Nice stay

Clean and very cute rental. Location was good, but we were disappointed that most of the accesses to the beach were flooded, due to Idalia, the hurricane that recently passed by this area. We ended up driving to the beach. The trolley was a great surprise. Glad to see that the restaurants were open and ready for customers.

Enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. Rental coordinators were very helpful. Made everything easy for a couple of retirees. Very convenient location to village and beach. Had some difficulty with consistent tv, no hot water at kitchen sink, freezer not working at all. Great access to beach chairs, beach towels, & umbrellas to use. Very basic furniture, plastic dining chairs. Value wasn't at this place, but the Gertrude rental coordinators were very responsive.

Lovely updated property.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants around a 10 minute walk away. Responsive host. We had issues with the wifi which could use an update but the host dealt with it immediately by dropping off a 5g hotspot which handled the problem. Would definitely go back without hesitation.

Perfect location for going to the beach and the property is equipped with everything you need to take. The unit itself is very nicely updated. Getting to the village is walkable but renting a golf cart is a great option to. This is our 3rd place we've stayed at with Gertrude Rentals and have had all great experiences with them and will always rent with them! Thank you Daniel!
