Unit 106 features a breezy, coastal theme with fresh paint and new furnishings and décor. The full kitchen is updated with new appliances and has all of the necessary equipment for a light breakfast to a gourmet meal. The adjoining dining room seats six.
Comfortable leather furniture and a large, flat-screen TV in the living room make it easy to relax after your day at the beach. Wi-Fi and a deluxe cable package, including HBO, are complimentary.
The condo sleeps 5, with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The single bathroom can function as an en-suite for the master, or it can be shared, with access from the main living area.

The Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units. Our beach is private, with coded guest access. To make your stay as convenient as possible, we supply beach towels, beach chairs, and beach loungers. Enjoy a cookout at one of our two grilling areas or walk across the street for a variety of meal choices at the many restaurants and bars. There are also ice cream shops, donuts, coffee, and a grocery store.
For your convenience, Sea Shell's rental office is on the premises to assist you with visitor information and any other needs. After-hours check-in is available for those who have late travel plans. Arrival information will emailed to you a few days before your check-in date.
