“The pictures of the room online look nothing like reality. The kitchen section was dirty and falling apart. No dish soap or sponge is provided when you go to the front desk they say to go to the dollar store and give you packs of powder to use the dishwasher. When I first walked in to the room I immediately noticed a weird smell and the floor was sticky. The staff were okay but not very helpful or informative.”

“Wished they had a blender as promised & ice machine didnt work even after mtnc came. BUT, we loved the condo decor & bed! Best sleep! Never more comfortable spending money like this for what we had! 3yrs late for honeymoon due to liver & 11mo later kidney transplant so finally & it was better than we dreamed! All smart appliances, great tv's w/many station options. Great storage to organize. Dave at the pool bar treated us like old friends! We hope he is still there on our next trip! Ramp to the……

“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Mold in the shower, room smelled like weed. I had to stay at a different hotel after one night. I asked Expedia for a refund that was denied. Do not book this hotel!”

“The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price. And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!”

“We had been driving all day totally exhausted and ended up in the most disgusting room. We just wanted to crawl in the bed. We were unable to do so hair on the sheets, hand prints on the headboard and the walls so dirty we did not want to touch. Miscellaneous things desk chair all torn, coffee pot in the bathroom and the bath tub I wouldn’t be getting in it. I did talk to the front desk but their response was I should have told them earlier. Left a day early refused to stay another night. ……

“La verdad esperaba descansar de un largo viaje en un sitio limpio y cómodo junto a mi familia, pero la habitación que nos dieron tenía un olor muy feo y creo que venía del aire acondicionado, el piso estaba sucio y las ensimeras. Creo que antes de entregar la habitación deberían asegurarse de que esté limpia completamente y que no tenga malos olores desagradables. No voy a decir que estuvo mal del todo, el personal me trató bien, pero solo ese detalle para que puedan mejorarlo”
