The island is a paradise and the beach at the tube is the most beautiful of the beaches on the island. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful people that I have ever encountered.

I had a great time

I had an incredible stay here at the Tube Resort. I highly recommend this spot. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The restaurant had many different types of food on their menu too. We also liked the dogs

The Tube Resort is a quiet resort on the peninsula of Koh Rong Sanloem a 25 min boat ride or 1.5 hour walk from Saracen Bay where the majority of the other resorts are located. If you're after a quiet getaway where you can relax and unwind in a pleasant resort with a great pool and nice restaurant then I'd recommend The Tube Resort. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also a bar and restaurant up the hill called the Sky Bar which has good views and is worth a visit. The area is still under development around the resort and litter is a big problem either side of the resort which is a shame given the beautiful location. If you're after 3-4 days of complete relaxation and 'down time' then The Tube Resort is a good option. Stayed over New Years 2023/24 and had a great time. Thanks to all the beautiful staff who work so hard to give their guests a wonderful experience.

If you have an opportunity to visit either Koh Rong, or Koh, Rong, Sanloem, this truly is the only place to stay! The rooms are basic, but extremely clean and housekeeping keeps them that way at all times, front desk is warm and welcoming! But for me, the best part of this hotel is the restaurant staff!! Sopha and Chanda who work in the morning and afternoon, are without a doubt the two finest servers I’ve ever encountered in my numerous travels around the world as well as being a hotelier for over 35 years! And what is pretty much a three star resort, these ladies, as well as the other restaurant staff provide you with five star five diamond service, they remember your habits, know what you order, know what you like to drink, it’s as if they read your mind, you don’t even have to ask! Please please remember to tip these fine individuals! They survive on very little income monthly, and even one dollar can change their life, hopefully you’ll tip far more than a dollar however!

The Tube resort was closed without any warning and we were moved to One Beach resort. The hotel was fine but the rooms in rainy season are very noisy as they have a tin roof. The beach is private and costly to get on and off - this meant eating at the hotel and a very expensive food bill at the end of 4 days (dwarfing the room cost).

Short distance from mainland is a plus . Quiet and clean . Friendly helpful staff . The downside is the lack of activities , difficulty in communication , many services not using credit / debit cards and thevplain lack of things to do : its a great place but needs additions and training for staff to improve standards .

Underbart boende för dig som önskar lugn och ro en bit bort från turiststråket. Bra mat, service och fina rum. Man kan ta sig till andra sidan ön där det finns flera restauranger och affärer genom att vandra över berget och genom djungel (ca. 1 timma) Se bara till att gå innan det blir mörkt och ha koll på kartan. Finns många små vägar utan skyltar och när det blir mörkt ser man ingenting. Vi hade turen att få skjutsa tillbaka med båt. Fråga på restaurangen mr. Nice om du vill göra samma resa. Båtturen på kvällen tillbaka var magisk. 20 dollar betalade vi.

Beautiful Beach

The hotel is a bit worn down. We stayed 5 nights and our room never was cleaned, nor did we receive clean towels. The bathroom wall was mildewing. The staff was extremely kind with all situations, but very busy taking care of big groups. There were no lounge chairs for the beach which made it difficult to relax outside. Also, the menu was still limited from Covid, therefore, there was no variety in food. We ended up taxing to another beach for food multiple times. The beach itself is gorgeous and well maintained.

Das Tube-Resort liegt an ausgezeichneter Lage. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gibt genug Liegen für die Gäste. Die Bungalows sind ebenfalls gepflegt und funktionell ausgestattet. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber der Service wäre steigerungsfähig. Es gibt in dieser Bucht leider auch keine Alternative zu diesem Restaurant, dies schlägt sich in den Preisen nieder. Dank dem Bungalow-Aktionspreis (50%) stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für uns, ansonsten es klar überteuert wäre.

Super dejligt sted. Smuk og god strand. Personalet var meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme. Valgte at opgradere da udsigten til stranden var for god til at gå glip af. Tubes restaurant er virkelig god, hvilket er heldigt da der kun er få andre muligheder på stranden.

Great resort

Great resort with very good food! The restaurant is really great. The rooms are very good as with really good air conditioning. The village nearby is worth a visit. When we stayed there it was high waves so the boat couldn't depart from our pier. After a short walk we departed from another pier. And the staff helped us carry the bags. The staff is great aet this place. It's a quiet beach with only three hotels at this beach. With a fourth in the making.

it is not a 5 start resort. But it gets really close taking in consideration the price you pay. Rooms are very recent and everything works. Breakfast is good although the buffet doesn’t have many choices. The location is the best. Both pool and beach are amazing. Staff English is acceptable but you need to make sure they understand you

Beautiful beach and lovely room and property. It is more private so attention which pier you plan to arrive on. Food was decent and the staff were pretty attentive, although the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, make sure you check your bill, we had a couple extras that weren’t ours mistakenly added to our bill. Amazing place for relaxing, not the place to go for adventure.
