“This is a beautiful apartment very close to the train station and historic district. The windows are well insulated for a quiet sleep and the bed is very comfortable. Our unit was on the third floor though, so folks with mobility issues should look elsewhere.”

This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through.”

I had some difficulties in finding the location, and entering the building, but the owner, Francisca helped me out after contacting her. She was very friendly, helpfull and flexible, as I needed to stay one more night, we settled in a minute. She helped me also with some questions about my travel to the airport. “Biking from Porto to Santiago via Camino with couple of friends and stayed there for a night. Sofia the owner is very friendly and extremely responsive in communication. She and her parents, managing the place, were so helpful waiting for us to let us in and show us the apartment. The apartment is very specious and full of nice amenities. There is grocery store very close and very nice restaurant (Magna) within walking distance.Although Amarosa beach is very close but we had to leave early on……

“Apartment was clean and beautiful and host was extremely helpful. Small market a few feet away for essentials and great outdoor area. Street parking behind apartment so we parked and used Uber to Porto and Vila do Conde. Do not miss dinner at Quinta da Peneda and have the pork and chocolate/salted caramel cake. Reservations necessary. Great other restaurants. ”
