「The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
「Elevator didn’t work. Room was on the third floor. The stairwell had no cameras the third floor, where my room was has no cameras. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. One of the washing machines was out of order and a bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I couldn’t imagine a worse Accommodations. 」
