It was such a comfortable, clean place plus a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in Newberg. I do wish the rental agreement was simplified. I have never signed a rental agreement quite so lengthy and detailed for a vrbo before so I was a bit nervous haha. But everything was wonderful and I look forward to staying again”

“My husband and I spent 10 weeks at Talavera while looking for a home in Salem. It was a fantastic home base with all the amenities we needed. Walking distance to historic downtown and Safeway and cute neighborhoods for evening strolls (watch out for bunnies!) The established neighbors in the building were lovely and the host of the property was always accessible and took care of any concerns quickly. We are so grateful we were able to stay and take our time finding a home in the area. Thanks……

“We had a great stay at this pet-friendly condo in downtown Newberg and would absolutely recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with a dog. The space was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the unit in top shape. The location is a huge highlight. Being right in downtown made it incredibly convenient to walk to shops, tasting rooms, and……

“I highly recommend you stay away from this listing. We stayed for less than 30 mins due to several reasons. There is a 2 inch gap between the door and the door jamb which was allowing freezing air into the unit. The temperature when we arrived was 51 degrees, with the sun going down in mid February, it was going to get much colder. There were 2 small space heaters for heating. The kicker was the ants in the bed. I attempted to work with the owners for a refund and enlisted VRBO as well to work……
