"Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!"

"The location is superb. The front desk was helpful. I booked this hotel at the last minute. I wasn't really watching. I booked the handicapped room. Much to my surprise, when we opened the door. But, I explained the error to the staff. I had my NEW ROOM KEY within 3 minutes. Plus a lead on a great pizza shop."
