The property is a 7-room house thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and privacy throughout.

    On the ground floor, you will find a generously sized living and dining area furnished with warm and cosy decor, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Adjacent to it is a large commercial-grade kitchen fully equipped for ambitious cooking, featuring an oven, a gas stove with 6 gas rings, a grill, a steamer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes 3 separate WCs.

    On the first upper floor, the sleeping arrangements consist of 1 double bedroom, as well as 2 additional rooms each fitted with 4 beds, offering generous capacity for larger groups. The bathroom facilities on this floor include a bath with shower, 3 separate showers, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

    The second upper floor features 2 rooms, each configured with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, both with their own shower and WC en suite. This floor also includes 1 further double bedroom with a private shower and WC, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and well-appointed space.
