“Pool was heated and very clean. Property is well maintained and exudes a very relaxing vibe. Staff very nice and friendly. ”

The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are polite and welcoming. However, the vegetarian options are extremely limited. The only choices available were grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and rice. There was a pasta station, but for an all-inclusive resort, you would expect a much wider variety of vegetarian dishes. Communication was also challenging at……

Everyone keeps asking if your stay is comfortable and how can they help to make it more comfortable. I would love to come back here and spend more days. I recommend it to my fellow travelers. ”

“Единственное чем хорош отель, это территория (очень красиво и ухожено) чего не скажешь о номерах. Горячей воды не было, фен не работал ( на просьбу отремонтировать никто не отреагировал) , волосы в душе 3 дня никто так и не убрал. ”

“Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess.”
