Great two bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Transport options are a short walk away. Laundry options on site so easy to wash clothing. Supermarket close by for essentials. Apartment was cleaned regularly through our two week stay. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is noise from the operating port but we didn’t find this impactful at all. Overall really happy with our accommodation. Glad we picked this place to stay!

I't's 300m from the bus stop but very nice and close to the port so if you suffer noise it's not for you. Staff great, laundry onsite (5$ per washing load and 5$ for dryer), about half km from mrt and eating, very clean. Pool is nice. Room serviced twice a week. I enjoyed my stay but understand is not for everyone.

Worst place ever. I paid extra for a sea view room. All i had was concreate wall to loom at eventhough i asked at check in. Door in the room was not even lockable. Left a day before since we didnt feel safe. Room was never mopped to clean. What a waste of money.

I saw comments about the tableware we could use in the place when I was looking for a place. It was the same question for me at that time. I will share my experience. There are small and large nice places, totaling four, including two cups and two glasses, as well as some cutlery in the room. There is a microwave outside the room. You can enjoy fruits or food from supermarkets or markets. :) People, the place is very nice.

Not a regular hotel

Be aware that it's not a regular hotel. It's more like a long term rental appartement. Unfortunatly, There is no kitchenware (pan, forks or dishes, etc...) available.... so dont expect to be able to cook yourself anything. Cleaness and furniture are also above average. The view is on a major industrial complex so it's a bit different from the pictures...Location is not bad. It's 15min to a subway station.

The room was serviceable, and the view overlooking the sea was nice, but i had several major issues with the property. 1. The property has a “co-living” setup, where purchasing a room actually means reserving one room within a suite of up to 3 others. This was not communicated before reservation and was only communicated in a message via Hotels.com after my non-refundable purchase. I ended up as the only man in a suite of women, all of whom I did not know so that was pretty uncomfortable. 2. They seem to not trust their residents because they conduct random inspections to ensure things like lights and air conditioning are not left running when you’re not on the premises. Someone ended up coming in while I was in bed. It felt like a kid’s summer camp. 3. The property is awkwardly located up a half-sidewalk-paved road from the main road. So for those traveling on foot/using public transport, it’s not convenient at all. 4. Finally, upon checkout, the concierge seems to have incorrectly “released/reversed” the holds placed on my cards for the security deposit (I split the deposit over two cards), and so 11 days after checkout, the holds on the funds have yet to be released by my banks. The property won’t acknowledge the messages I’ve sent via Hotels.com about this, so it appears I’ll need to wait up to 30 days before disputing with my banks. Overall, I would not recommend this property to tourists at all unless you’re looking for a cheap option for a group.

All the people like the receptionist, cleaners, shuttle bus driver, and the manager who is working at the back office are all so nice and kind to help with your situation. For example the lady at the reception always run to help if she thinks she would help customers even she has to do with smile, the shuttle bus driver gentle man is so kind and waves his hands to my son not only getting the bus but also just walking thought and the Lady working at back office is also so sweet to help and she handle all situation. We could enjoy staying at the place. To be honest, it is not the center of the town, but if you go out in the morning on weekdays you can get shuttle bus to near stations. On weekend, there is shuttle bus to near station and Vivo city you can enjoy shopping or take another bus or train from the bus stop they take you to. It is not brand new place, but well cleaned. Nice and kind cleaners always work hard and keep the place clean. We enjoyed staying at the place because of these nice people. We greatly appreciate their kind and great hospitality.

The constant noise from the construction happening ….beep beep beep from the trucks & cranes reversing throughout the entire day, the jackhammer & other machinery is going all day and night until 9 pm and on Sunday till 5 pm. The apartments smell like underground & I don’t think they ever wash the tiled floors in lobby & lift areas. The 2 vending machines were empty most of the time & the manager was not interested to call for refilling to aid the guests. The younger workers were great to deal with however the manager was not very accommodating at all. There is piles of furniture and all sorts of stuff sitting out the front in the car parking bays looking like a junk yard. Ships sound their horns at all hours of the night & early morning. The banging of doors & entry beeps from other guests in the apartments is loud. Worst holiday ever Spend your money anywhere else other than at Cooliv Waterfront
