There were check out instructions or wifi instructions. We had to ask for those. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. There was no lid for the trash can. The hand soaps in both bathrooms were filled with mold and rust. Luckily there was clean soap in the kitchen. It was nice that there were beach towels that we could use. The bathroom fan was very loud and the hvac in the hallway was exposed (missing ceiling tiles).
