It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!

The room was clean and well stocked. I booked for 2 rooms and there was only 1, leaving our 3rd guest to sleep on a very small couch. i was under the impression that I was paying for 2 rooms so was a little frustrating but fine. The arrival text said there was a hot tub. No hot tub was there. Finally when we left a wet suit was forgotten so we reached out to the property, they said they would locate it and reach out within the day. Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Cleaned but mold in caulk in tub. Floor in bath missing tiles, a little mold. Sink was remolded but glass is chipped. Curtain rods missing ends and coming out of wall. Kitchen was updated and okay. Living room ok. Bedroom was ok. Place just looks used and could be made nice with some effort. Just don’t plan on use of futon, like sleeping on metal bars.

Property is deteriorating and would not recommend staying. The pictures pictured on your website do not match the room on the listing. The room was not ready at 4 pm and it smelled terrible! The bedroom door knob and lock were broken and it was off the door hinge! It was freezing cold and no offer for more blankets!
