It’s in a perfect spot in between the beach and Phil Foster park. We were able to walk to both to swim without having to worry with parking. Some people live there but it was still nice.

The room wasn’t very clean when I checked in. There was sand, hairs, and loose tobacco on the floor. Still a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rack. The room was nice enough especially if you are spending most of the time at the beaches or snorkel trail. The location is great so you have a short walk to either one. I would book again if I could bet the room overall would be cleaner

The ac leaked all over the floor and the floor was popping up due to the water from ac . I also asked for an early check in and never even got a response from them on either problem ! I would not recommend this please and will not be going back to there ! Jack F.

Don’t be fooled by the AI pics of the rooms. This place was terrible. The rooms smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, the air conditioning didn’t work in either room and were leaking all over the floor. the manager ghosted me bc he didn’t want to help w any solutions. It was awful! Don’t be scammed by this place!

The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.

Nothing really wrong with this site, Apartment was dated but clean and well stocked. Some wear caused by inconsiderate previous quests.Clean Kitchen with everything you need, Great cold refrigerator, microwave, stove, and kitchenware. Bathroom clean, Large clean shower with hot water. Needs nothing, Great location with good price, Don't know why there are negative comments. This is a quiet place to stay with a clean pool. .

I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like that... parking was always available and I could always see my vehicle.

The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The dishes etc was something they got at a garage sale. The silverware was understandably cheap since people sometimes bring that home with them but once you took them out of the coffee cup the bottoms of the coffee cups were filthy. Whoever does the maintenance on that place just uses looks around and that's good enough.
