Great location with easy access to the main Singleton area as well as roads to explore surrounding suburbs. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The room was nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was simple with cereal and toast + coffee. Overall, a lovely stay!

Fantastic service and friendly. Stayed in the Budget Double. Large room, ground floor, clean, room a little dated but fantastic value for the price. Breakfast was included but as we had to check out before 8am on a Saturday we missed out on the breakfast. There were plenty of other options close by though for an early breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and if the opportunity arose would stay again. The parking was free and plenty of parking within an easy distance to walk.

The room had a toilet that could block easily. As it happened it blocked on us in the morning we were leaving. When we told the receptionist she said “Oh that toilet always blocks up, I’ll put it on the maintenance sheet”. It was a inconvenient situation, which could have been avoided.

An oasis in Singleton. I've had a lovely time for my birthday at this motel. I loved the garden view and sitting on the balcony, the warm breakfast and relaxing at the pool. Very good staff, going the extra mile. I highly recommend this place.

Rooms looked tired and in need of some attention. Walls had paint missing, bathroom fixtures were rusty. Toilet didn't flush properly so water was running all night.
